Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product details, images, colours and prices accurately. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings. Prices are displayed in INR and applicable charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. We currently accept UPI payments only through the payment options available at checkout. Jovelle will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or password.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 days after successful order confirmation and payment. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 days. Delivery may take longer due to weather, courier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. An order may not be cancelled once it has been processed or dispatched. If cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund will be processed within 7 days.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference or incorrect selection.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products/items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous, clear and unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label/package, opening of the package and the contents must be provided.

After verification, Jovelle will provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, an eligible refund will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
